BAs you add here belong to you (and the Super Admin). Your records can only use your own BAs.
Decide which fields the Add BA form has: rename them, hide them, make them compulsory, or add your own (GSTIN, PAN, Bank A/c…). Saved changes go live for everyone within a few seconds. BA Name and Status are always shown. Data already saved is never deleted.

Records are downloaded as CSV (streamed from the server, any number of records; an Excel sheet cannot hold more than 10,48,576 rows). BAs and users (without passwords) go into a small Excel file.
Restored users (new usernames only) get the temporary password ChangeMe@123. Existing users are never overwritten.
Restore the BAs & Users Excel first, then the Records CSV. Files up to a few lakh rows can be restored here; for crores of rows use import_csv.php on the server (see its header).
